Dr. Abella sees patients of all ages and specializes in working with preteens, adolescents, and adults who are suffering from anxiety and/or depression. She offers individual, couples and family counseling. Dr. Abella feels privileged to work with her patients as they share their stories. Her approach is more collaborative in nature, as she works directly with the individual to tackle the issue at hand. When working with adolescents, Dr. Abella believes strongly in incorporating the family into the treatment process. Real change will only occur when the entire family is invested in the therapeutic process.
